RENT
Rent is due on a monthly (calendar)
basis for the period of the lease and is payable by Standing Order. It
is only payable for the period that the tenant occupies the property,
as detailed on the lease. This is usually the academic year which includes
Christmas and Easter. Any necessary adjustments will be made at the end
of this period. Tenants who wish to stay on for another year will be required
to pay half-rent during the summer period when NOT in residence.

The cost of repairs for damage
