RENT

Any necessary adjustments will be made at the end of this period. Tenants who wish to stay on for another year will be required to pay half-rent during the summer period when NOT in residence.

  • Full bank details including address, account number and sort code.
  • Council Tax exemption form, or letter from your faculty, confirming you are a full-time student.

Tennants can pay the first month's rent and collect the keys on the day they move in.
