RENT
Rent is due on a monthly (calendar) basis for the period of the lease and is payable by Standing Order.

Tenants will only pay rent for the period they are living in the property, as detailed on the lease (usually the academic year which includes Christmas and Easter) and any necessary adjustments will be made at the end of this period.

TENANTS wishing to stay on for another year will pay half-rent during the summer period whilst they are NOT in residence.

ALL INCLUSIVE RENT

The rent includes all utility bills, maintenance, insurance to building, cleaning of communal areas and repairs.

DAMAGE to property

Please remember the cost of repairs for damage caused by tenants will be deducted from their deposit.

IMPORTANT

• Tenants must ENSURE they have :
• Adequate INSURANCE for personal belongings
• A valid TV license if bringing a television to the property
